TEMPORARY UPDATE:

Due to the virus, somethings are delayed more than usual from my suppliers. Please be patient with me as things are altered and impacted. TAT as well as shipping times may go out of range. These are things out of my control, but join the group to stay as updated as possible. 

Due to the nature of custom products, no refunds or exchanges are allowed. If you have sizing questions please email me or join the facebook group for pictures and additional help prior to purchase. Please bring any issues to the business page messenger or email within 3 days of delivery tracking updating OR pickup. After 3 days I am no longer responsible. If there is an error on my end, I will do everything in my power to make it right. 

Please do not allow children to handle bows. They will untie or break apart and potentially pose a choking risk. Supervise children at all times. 

Custom orders have a turn around time of 6-8 weeks. Most of the time things are shipped sooner than this, but due to relying on vendors for supplies, I will not adjust this time. They do run out of stocks as well so I will update the group if this becomes an issue. Please join the facebook group for constant updates!

Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking to update once shipping notification received. I do sometimes print in bulk or simply just didn't get to the post office immediately. If there is not movement by 5 business days please contact me for an update. Sometimes the post office does not scan them due to volume at drop off, or there is always a chance something has happened so I will hunt it down. 

There is always the potential for things out of my control to happen. If this does, please expect delays. These again, are out of my control and there is nothing I can do. TAT or shipping times may be impacted. Day by day and situation by situation decisions will be made.
