1. Your turn around does not begin until i have your onesies. I cant make the shirt without the items, and i wont rush because you waited to give them to me. I want to take the time and make them beautiful. These items are important!! Youre welcome to drop your onesies in my pickup bin. Just let me know and I’ll grab them! You are responsible for shipping costs to me if you are not local.
2. Payment is due within 24 hours. I cannot tag people numerous times begging them to pay their invoice. Just be ready for invoices. That being said- i will also be up on them. I get behind on invoicing sometimes, so i will give you the same time and respect im asking for. I will not get behind lol. I will invoice within 24 hours of getting the max number of orders.
3. If i do not have your outfits within 15 business days, your order will be cancelled with NO REFUND. I understand life happens. I feel like 3 weeks is PLENTY of time, but if something happens, please communicate with me and we’ll see about working it out. Mail ins- tracking needs to be scanned into the post office by the 15 business days. Not label created- it needs to be in possession of item by usps. Im holding a spot for you. Its not fair to everyone else If you took a spot without following through, and its not fair to me to lose money holding your spot.
